When considering restoration you need to let us know the age and state of the property you are looking for. We can then organise the local builders and oversee the project for you keeping you up-to-date on a weekly basis. We try to use local materials and traditional designs and building methods where ever possible. Often these are married up with modern devices such as under floor heating and energy saving glass so they are unnoticeable. |

we do It's up to you - but as your team on the ground we are able to can manage the project from start to finish: meet you and discuss your requirements, find suitable properties, undertake surveys, liaise with Lawyers, select builders, short list designers, manage the job and report back. We don't finish when the builders leave. We are always there and will follow up until your snagging list is clear. |

with Officialdom To an outsider it would appear that officialdom increases with altitude. The french system of property purchase, applying for planning applications and building regulations bare little resemblance to those in the UK. Luckily CMADE have done this before and can advise on the stages, tricks and traps and offer realistic timescale's. |

to find a Builder Builders in Les Trois Vallées are like hen's teeth. There are few of them as the season only lasts for 8 months of the year, and due to the incessant demand are not cheap. CMADE has their own reserve of builders that they can recommend and use for projects that they are involved with. |
